Yes. As Broadband Performance/Reliablity has improved dramatically over the last 3 years a reliable VoIP System is now Possible.

Why is VOIP so cost effective?
Instead of paying for multiple physical Analogue or ISDN Lines you voice is sent via your existing broadband internet connection. Toll calls and calls to mobiles are also much cheaper or free.
